A symposium entitled "Education challenges and development strategy in Egypt"
The Community Service and Environmental Development Sector, Faculty of Education, Tanta University, held on Tuesday, 11/19/2019 in the academic theater, a symposium entitled "Education challenges and development strategy in Egypt" in coordination with the State Information Service in Gharbia Governorate under the auspices of a. Dr. Magdy Abdel-Raouf Sabaa, President of Tanta University, Dr. Imad El-Sayed Atman, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, in the presence of Dr. Abdul Hamid Al-Minshawi, Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Yasser Abdel Rahim, Vice-Dean for Community Service and Environmental Affairs, where he lectured at the seminar Dr. Ahmed Al Sharif, Director of the Leaders and Administrative Development Foundation, and male and female students interact with Dr. Ahmed Al Sharif.
 The symposium revolved around the following points:
 The challenges of education in Egypt and the importance of developing the educational system in light of Egypt's vision 2030
The value of science and scholars and their role in the renaissance of society
Egypt's vision for education 2030 and national trends
The most important education challenges in Egypt
How to prepare a leader?
The concept of a leader (a leader is born or made)?
- What is required of each student to become a leader?
- What are the qualities of the leader?
How can the curricula we study be used to prepare a leader?
- What are the mistakes and defects of education in Egypt?
